Scrum framework requires team members of an organization to commit a specific amount of work. Whereas Kanban does not require team members of an organization to commit to a specific amount of work.
Scrum framework is suitable for projects that come with changing priorities. Whereas Kanban is suitable for projects that don’t come with changing priorities. The framework is perfect for teams that have stable priorities. Furthermore, scrum is suitable for managing large projects and large teams.
